FOR DESIGN AGENCY OWNERS

Your work deserves to be known beyond the people you already know

Chronica turns your experience and opinions into LinkedIn content that helps potential clients understand why they’d hire you. We handle the planning, writing, and publishing, so you can build a presence beyond referrals while staying focused on your agency.

You know you should post more but...

You also have an agency to run.

You’ve probably had something worth sharing this week. A client asked a good question, your team solved a difficult problem, or you found yourself explaining why a seemingly small design decision mattered.

Any of those could become a good post. But turning them into something you’re happy to publish takes time, and there’s usually a client deadline that matters more.

LinkedIn falls off your plate again, even though you're doing some of your best work.

Referrals still bring people through the door. You’d just like more potential clients to hear about you without needing an introduction first.

No authority

Buyers can't find you. When they do find you, there's nothing on the profile that makes them stay.

No inbound

Every client comes from someone you already know. You can't scale a network you're not building.

No compounding

Referral growth is flat. Content growth stacks. Every post you don't publish is an asset you don't own.

Let people see why your clients choose you.

01

Show the thinking behind your work.

Your portfolio shows the finished work. Your content helps people understand the judgment and experience behind it, so they have a clearer reason to choose you.

02

Stay familiar between projects

People won’t always need an agency when they first discover you. Showing up regularly gives them more chances to get to know your work before they’re ready.

03

Spend less time figuring out what to post

You shouldn’t have to turn every good idea into a writing assignment. We help draw out from you what’s worth sharing and handle the planning, writing, and publishing.

You won't have to explain the design part to me.

I’m Shajee, a designer and have been a design agency owner myself. I've been in the design industry for over 16 years and have worked with Autodesk, General Motors, and Toyota.

I know how easily your own marketing falls behind when you’re busy working on client projects.

Being told to “post more” doesn’t make time for it. And handing it off means finding someone who understands the work well enough to write about it.

My design background helps me ask the right questions about your projects, understand the decisions behind them, and explain why they matter to potential clients. I’ve also built an audience of 25,000+ designers by sharing what I know.

I built Chronica to bring that experience to other agency owners. We turn your thinking into content you’re proud to put your name on, without making you start from a blank page every week.

HOW IT WORKS

You get thoughtful content without creating it yourself.

01

Join the waitlist

Tell us a little about your agency. We’ll get in touch to learn what you’re looking for and talk through whether Chronica would be a good fit.

02

Talk us through your story

We do three interviews over one week, we’ll ask about your projects, your clients, and the opinions you’ve formed along the way. You don’t need to prepare a content strategy or arrive with post ideas. That’s what the conversations help us uncover.

03

Review the content, leave the publishing to us

We plan and write your posts for you to review. You tell us if something needs more context or doesn’t sound like you, and we use that feedback to get closer to your voice. Once the content is approved, we handle publishing.

You’re putting your name on it. Of course you’ll want a say.

“Will it actually sound like me?”

We begin with interviews to hear how you explain things, what matters to you, and where your opinions differ. Your feedback on the drafts helps us get closer to your voice, including the little details that make it yours.

“What would I talk about?”

You don’t need a new hot take every week. The questions clients ask and the decisions behind your work give us plenty to explore. We help you spot the stories you might overlook because they’re part of your everyday work.

“How much time will it take from me?”

We start with three interviews in one week, then a one-hour session every two weeks. Between sessions, you review drafts and share updates from your agency. We take care of the ongoing planning, writing, and publishing so you don’t have to.

“What if I don’t like a post?”

Tell us what doesn’t feel right, whether it’s the wording, the angle, or an example that needs more context. We revise it before publishing and use your feedback to better understand how you want to come across in future posts.

What do you want your next client to know about you?

We start with the work you want more of and the people who hire you for it. That helps us decide which parts of your experience to bring forward, from the problems you understand to the decisions that make your approach different.

Your interviews give us the material. We shape it into content with a clear purpose, then use the response to refine what comes next.

Your work keeps moving. Your content should too.

When content waits

Your best thinking stays inside client conversations.

Posting slips whenever a project gets busy.

People need an introduction to discover your agency.

When Chronica is working

Your thinking becomes content potential clients see.

Your content keeps going out during busy projects.

People can discover your agency through your content.

Frequently asked questions

What happens after I join the waitlist?

We’ll get in touch to learn about your agency, discuss what you’re looking for, and see whether we’re a good fit. From there, we’ll talk through the recommended scope, pricing, and availability.

How will we know it’s working?

We’ll agree on what progress looks like for your agency, then look at who’s responding as well as how much engagement the content gets. Relevant enquiries and prospects mentioning your posts help us understand whether that attention is becoming business interest.

How soon should I expect results?

Getting content published consistently is the first step. Turning that visibility into enquiries takes longer and depends on your starting audience, your offer, and when potential clients need help. We’ll review the response together and adjust as we learn.

What do I need to get started?

We’ll guide you through it. Alongside the interviews, we’ll ask for your brand assets, any photos and projects you’re comfortable sharing, and the access needed to publish approved content. You don’t need to prepare post ideas or write anything beforehand.

Do you work with agencies outside design?

Not right now. The whole thing is built on knowing how design buyers think.

What if my client work is confidential?

We can focus on your approach, opinions, and lessons without naming clients or sharing private project details. You review the drafts before publishing and flag anything that needs to stay confidential.

Do I need an existing audience?

Yes. We work with agency owners who have at least 3,000 followers on LinkedIn. That gives us an audience to build on as we turn your experience into consistent content that helps potential clients understand your work.
